love and time
once upon a time, there was an island where all the feelings lived: happiness, sadness, knowledge, and all of the others, including love.
很久以前，有一個(gè)島嶼，所有的感情生活：快樂(lè)，悲傷，知識(shí)，和所有其他人，包括愛(ài)情。
one day it was announced to the feelings that the island would sink, so all constructed boats and left. except for love.
一天，所有的情感聽(tīng)說(shuō)小島即將沉沒(méi)，因此建造小船，紛紛離開(kāi)，除了愛(ài)。
love was the only one who stayed. love wanted to hold out until the last possible moment.
愛(ài)是唯一留下來(lái)的，因?yàn)樗Ｍ軋?jiān)持到最后一刻。
when the island had almost sunk, love decided to ask for help.
當(dāng)島嶼幾乎沉沒(méi)，愛(ài)決定請(qǐng)求幫助。
richnewas passing by love in a grand boat. love said,"richness, can you take me with you?"
富有駕著一艘大船從愛(ài)身邊經(jīng)過(guò)，愛(ài)說(shuō)，“富有，你能帶上我么?”
richneanswered, "no, i can't. there is a lot of gold and silver in my boat. there is no place here for you."
富有回答說(shuō)：“不行，我的船上載滿金銀財(cái)寶，沒(méi)有你的地方。”
love decided to ask vanity who was also passing by in a beautiful vessel. "vanity, please help me!"
虛榮坐在漂亮的小船中從愛(ài)身邊駛過(guò)，愛(ài)問(wèn)：“虛榮，你能幫助我么?”
"i can't help you, love. you are all wet and might damage my boat," vanity answered.
虛榮說(shuō)：“不行，你全身濕透，會(huì)弄臟我的船。”
sadnewas close by so love asked, "sadness, let me go with you."
悲傷的`船靠近了，愛(ài)問(wèn)：“悲傷，請(qǐng)帶我走吧。”
"oh . . . love, i am so sad that i need to be by myself!"
“哦。。。愛(ài)，我太難過(guò)了，想一個(gè)人呆著。”
happinepassed by love, too, but she was so happy that she did not even hear when love called her.
幸福經(jīng)過(guò)愛(ài)的身邊，它太開(kāi)心了，根本沒(méi)聽(tīng)見(jiàn)愛(ài)在呼喚。
suddenly, there was a voice, "come, love, i will take you." it was an elder. so blessed and over joyed, love even forgot to ask the elder where they were going. when they arrived at dry land, the elder went her own way. realizing how much was owed the elder,
突然，一個(gè)聲音喊道：“來(lái)，愛(ài)，我?guī)阕摺！?聲音來(lái)自“年老”。愛(ài)太高興了，甚至忘了問(wèn)他們即將去何方。當(dāng)他們來(lái)到岸上，年老自己離開(kāi)了。愛(ài)突然意識(shí)到“年老”給了它多大的幫助。
love asked knowledge, another elder, "who helped me?"
于是，愛(ài)問(wèn)另一位老者--知識(shí)：“誰(shuí)幫助了我?”
"it was time," knowledge answered.
知識(shí)說(shuō)：“是時(shí)間。”
"time?" asked love. "but why did time help me?"
“時(shí)間?”愛(ài)問(wèn)：“但是時(shí)間為什么幫助我?”
knowledge smiled with deep wisdom and answered, "because only time is capable of understanding how valuable love is."
知識(shí)睿智地微笑道：“因?yàn)橹挥袝r(shí)間了解愛(ài)的價(jià)值。”
