You know, I’m a girl who was born in the pig year. So, I like pigs. Everybody knows that pigs live on farms. They are always very friendly, and they’re very cute, too. Some people think pigs are silly, but I don’t think so. Pigs are fat, that’s true, so I want to touch them! Every pig has small eyes, a very big nose and a pink and clumsy body. Because of this, so I like them very much. Their life is simple, too. They just eating and sleeping.
As you can see, I love pigs very much!

My Classmate Mary
Mary is one of my ClASSmates. we are good friends. She is a little bit special, for it is hard to find a girl so fat in her teens. Someone says, “She seems like a big snow ball with two smiling tiny eyes which can speak. ”
Mary is kind and warm-hearted. When somebody in ClASS falls ill,she goes to attend to him or her. When John has troubles in his studies, Mary always helps him with his lessons. As I am not able to knit a sweater, she lends me hand in doing so. When ClASSes are over, she is always the first to clean the blackboard. When an old teacher has difficulty in walking upstairs, she goes over to support him or her. In a word, whenever she is in need, she never stand by with arms folded.
Although she is so fat, she is quite quick in action and full of energy. You can often see her on the playground, either playing basketball or volleyball. Sometimes, I make fun of her by saying, “You＇d better play football as a doorkeeper.” She just tolerantly laughed. It is something that I admire her because she is never in the mood of self-humiliation forher fatness.
An old saying goes that “being lovely makes a person pretty”. I think that it is true of Mary since she is the case in point.

從一年級(jí)到三年級(jí)，每學(xué)期期末考試,我的英語(yǔ)成績(jī)基本都是滿分,考試滿分并不代表我喜歡學(xué)英語(yǔ)，是媽媽在”逼”我學(xué)習(xí)英語(yǔ)，每天早上叫我起來(lái)讀英語(yǔ)課文,聽(tīng)磁帶,背單詞,學(xué)習(xí)很是被動(dòng)。
我的英語(yǔ)老師是一位男老師，講課非常幽默，課堂上互動(dòng)性很強(qiáng)，比如，我們初學(xué)者很討厭背單詞，老師為了使我們主動(dòng)去記單詞，常在課堂上“玩詞語(yǔ)接龍”這種游戲。為了能在游戲中取得好成績(jī)，我除了每天早上起來(lái)主動(dòng)背單詞，在平時(shí)很注意單詞的積累，時(shí)間長(zhǎng)了，我的單詞量慢慢多了起來(lái)。有時(shí)在講一個(gè)小語(yǔ)法知識(shí)點(diǎn)時(shí)，他會(huì)設(shè)計(jì)一個(gè)小的情節(jié)，把大家變成劇中的人物，這下把同學(xué)們的積極性調(diào)動(dòng)起來(lái)了，大家在笑聲中不知不覺(jué)中掌握了語(yǔ)法知識(shí)，有時(shí)我為了能在劇中多發(fā)言，我還會(huì)在課外主動(dòng)去找相關(guān)的語(yǔ)法書(shū)看。
慢慢地我真的`喜歡上了英語(yǔ)，每天早上我會(huì)主動(dòng)打開(kāi)復(fù)讀機(jī)聽(tīng)英語(yǔ)，背單詞，課后我會(huì)主動(dòng)學(xué)習(xí)一些課外相關(guān)知識(shí)，其實(shí)學(xué)習(xí)英語(yǔ)秘密在于將被動(dòng)學(xué)習(xí)變成主動(dòng)學(xué)，我想你會(huì)找到適合自己的學(xué)習(xí)方法，你會(huì)愛(ài)上它。

We may raise money for charity by collecting used bottled, plastics, waste paper and so on , or by doing part-time jobs, such as, handing out advertisements, selling newspapers and so on.
