我是山上的一棵樹。很久以前，一個活潑可愛的小女孩把我種在這座山上，每天給我澆水。過了一個多月，我慢慢地長高了。我逐漸的長成了一棵枝繁葉茂的大樹。夏天，勤勞的人們到我的底下乘涼，人們在下面有說有笑，好不熱鬧。

I gradually grew into a tree with luxuriant branches and leaves. In summer, hardworking people come to my bottom to enjoy the cool. People are talking and laughing. It's not so busy.
可是，人們為了掙錢，砍倒了我的兄弟姐妹。一年年，一代代，山坡上的樹木不斷減少，裸露的.土地不斷擴大。暴風雨突然襲來，山洪爆發，沖跨了山下的村莊，沖倒了許許多多的房屋，給人們帶來了巨大的災難。

由于人們大量地砍伐我們的同類，使我們無法抵擋大風和沙塵。沙塵暴到來了，飛沙走石、昏天暗地，人們不敢在街上行走，汽車在馬路上拋描，飛機停止了飛行……

由于人們大量地砍伐樹木，使我們無法制造清新的空氣，人們只能在渾濁的空氣中生活，各種各樣的疾病隨之而來……
