　　對試卷的評價與建議

　　英語測試對于提高教學質量起著有效的促進作用。通過測試一方面教師可以取得教學工作的信息反饋，另一方面，可以調動學生的學習積極性，使學生在今后的測試中不斷發揚成績，克服缺點，取得最佳效果。測試的重要性是顯而易見的，對試卷的評講就顯得尤為重要。介紹自己的基本情況

　　高質量的試卷評講會讓師生收益非淺。有效的評講，能讓老師更成功地總結教學經驗，分析學生學習情況以改進教學，提高教學效率和教學效果。有效的評講，能讓學生找到自己的不足和改進學習的方法。

　　有效地評講英語試卷應該堅持三個原則：

　　一、評講的內容和細節必須由學生實情決定。學生才是課堂的主體，教師只是引導者。學生在測試中暴露了他們自己在英語各方面存在的問題或漏洞，學生有他們自己的難點和疑惑。教師具體該講什么和怎樣講必須根據學生的情況和特點來進行。對于學生普遍存在的難點，應該仔細分析，詳細評講。對于個別學生存在的難題，可以個別輔導，個別評講。

　　第二、認真統計學生成績。在批閱完學生試卷后，認真統計學生的成績是很有必要的。統計的項目主要有：求出平均值和求出差距。在統計出平均成績后，可以參照其他班的情況分析，確定該班的成績位置。平均分較低，就說明該班的成績較差。如果平均分較高，那該班的整體情況就較好。另外，還要排列出全班考生中的`最高分和最低分，找出二者之間的差距。差距越大，兩級分化就越嚴重，教學的難度就越大。在排列學生成績時，最好由高分到低分排列，找出中間位置考生的分數，并把該成績列為全班成績的中位數。在評講試題時，要特別注意中位段的學生的反映和效果。
