終于盼到星期六了。在潘老師的帶領下，我們集體做起了糖葫蘆。你看，我們帶來了各式各樣的水果，有蘋果、桂圓、梨等等。看著這么多水果，真是口水都快要流出來了，我們也就迫不及待地做了起來。先把水果切成各種形狀，有長方體的，有半圓形的，也有圓柱形的等等。同時還要準備一些白砂糖，干什么呢？告訴你吧，用于沾糖用的。
做糖葫蘆最關鍵的熬糖環節開始了。要先放一些水，再放多一點的糖。先開大火，等有了泡沫再關小火，直到有了黃色泡沫才行。注意熬糖的時候不要燙著手。終于開始沾糖了，沾糖的時候把水果往鍋里沾幾下就行了。再用竹簽把沾好的'水果一個個串起來。沾好糖的糖葫蘆真像一個個水晶水果，真好看！
