　　在我自己身上就有一個十分深刻的教訓——去年寒假，剛開始幾天，我天天出去玩兒，晚上是十二點多才睡覺，白天十點多才起來，生物鐘完全亂了套。直到看見家里的弟弟妹妹哥哥姐姐都早已寫好了作業，開開心心準備過年時，我才發覺自己的作業從結業典禮拿回來直到現在連碰都還沒碰過呢!過年了，由于家里的親戚多，所以天天都要去別人家里拜年，忙得不可開交。其他人都其樂融融的過年，而我卻是提心吊膽，玩的不安心。距離開學的日子漸漸近了，終于臨時拜佛腳，粗枝大葉的完成了所有作業。唉，這樣不僅沒學到什么，還被老師家長狠狠地批評了一頓。

　　如果當時我有一個計劃就好了，每天都給自己“布置任務”，定時定量地完成，并且勞逸結合。不僅學的有效，過年也能安心的玩兒了。這可見有一個好的計劃是多么重要哇!每天幾點起、幾點睡;每天寫多少作業、背多少古詩;每天電腦電視娛樂多少分鐘、戶外活動幾小時……

　　隨著年紀級的漸漸升高，作業量也越來越多。現在的你，有一個完美的計劃了嗎?
