“Ｔhank you very much.” 臺下響起如雷的掌聲。在臺上演講完畢的我，渾身發(fā)燙的下了臺，瞬間，好像把一顆幾百公斤的石頭從肩膀上放了下來……回想起以前，本來非常害怕在臺演講的我，經過了多位老師的嚴格訓練及爸媽的鼓勵后，我不斷的嘗試再嘗試，努力再努力，才有今天穩(wěn)若泰山的成就。
在我幼兒園時，爸媽就開始鼓勵我參加英文演講，我也初生之犢不畏虎，勇于嘗試了，可是，得到的結果竟然是忘詞、發(fā)抖、說錯……我在觀眾面前感到非常尷尬難堪，大家也冷漠的看著怯生生的我。從此，我就開始害怕上臺，也不斷的逃避。
“失敗是成功的墊腳石。”過了不久，一位老師對我這么說，我想了非常久，終于想通了。就在我二年級時，我重新站了起來，在臺上順利的“演完”，也非常的 成功。“第一名——王柏文！”當時我興奮的像發(fā)射的火箭一樣，從座位沖到臺上，捧著獎杯，和各分校的校長、主任及評審們拍照，那種感覺是用筆墨難以形容的快樂和光榮。
自從那一次嘗到比賽的勝利滋味，我就開始愛上“英文演講”，之后雖然也有些許失敗，不過，也得到不少獎杯和獎牌。我開始以豁達的心面對一切得失，有時候，我還會鼓勵同學們積極參加演講、演說這類可以在臺上發(fā)表，展現自我的活動。
俗話說得好：“臺上三分鐘，臺下十年功。”英文演講不是幾分鐘就能學起來的，而是需要極大的的`勇氣和不斷的努力，也要積極參加學校或校外所舉辦的發(fā)表活動，才能過關斬將，才能擁有美好的勝利果實啊！

看完了電影(雷鋒)，心潮難平。雷鋒那平凡而偉大的形象時常閃現在我的面前，我回到家里，正想寫下一點感想，隨手翻開報紙，只見上面刊登一則消息，內容是講美國某軍校掀起學雷鋒熱，學員們爭著傳抄雷鋒的名言已蔚然成風。讀后更加感慨萬端，這和一部分人提起雷鋒精神便發(fā)笑的現象形成鮮明的對照。值得人們深思。記得國內曾經有這樣的議論:“雷鋒精神是否過時了?”可是，沒有想到在國外，在資本主義國家里，竟會有人把雷鋒作為一個學習的榜樣，這就不能不令人感到驚訝了。
其實細細想來，倒也不足為奇。雷鋒精神雖是以共產主義思想為核心，他的行為雖無時無刻不是遵循著社會主義的道德規(guī)范，但這種道德品質是所有正直的人應具備的。也就是說，無論是社會主義國家，還是資本主義國家，只要是一個心地善良的人，他都會發(fā)揚互助友愛精神，做有益于他人的事。所以，那些美國士兵不管出于什么樣的動機，他們把雷鋒作為一個具有優(yōu)秀品質的人來學習，是可以理解的。
雷鋒是我國在60年代樹立起來的一個優(yōu)秀榜樣。當時國家尚處在困難時期，在他的艱苦奮斗、助人為樂和見義勇為的精神的鼓舞下，促進了良好的社會風氣的形成。今天，在改革開放的潮流中，我們的社會雖然出現了不少新的事物、新的思潮，但不可否認，也有一些諸如盲目追求享受、損人利己、見利忘義等不良風氣在滋生。雷鋒精神正是抵制不良社會風氣的“靈丹妙藥”，倘若人人發(fā)揚這種精神，社會風氣定能向好的方面發(fā)展。
如果說，美國某軍校士兵能夠從雷鋒事跡中體會到生活的勇氣、堅強的意志、忘我的學習精神，那么我們這些生活在雷鋒的祖國，生活在社會主義制度下的青年應該體會得更深，學習得更好。雷鋒精神包含著助人為樂，但不僅僅是做善事。倘若僅僅是做善事，那些看破紅塵的和尚、虔誠的基督教徒也會做到，而他們這樣做的目的只是為了求得內心的平靜。雷鋒則不然，他是以人民利益、國家利益、黨的事業(yè)為出發(fā)點的，還有什么比這個目的更崇高呢?學習雷鋒精神，就要把日常的行動和這遠大崇高的理想結合起來。在我們國家里，雷鋒不只是一個具有一般優(yōu)秀品質的人，他的精神應該還有更深的含義，因為它是構成社會主義精神文明的有機部分，這也是雷鋒精神的永恒的價值所在。所以。我們不僅應該學習雷鋒精神，而且要要新的改革開放的形勢中，發(fā)揚雷鋒精神。
