教學(xué)目標(biāo)和要求
本課是第2課時(shí),教學(xué)目標(biāo)主要是對(duì)課文中的對(duì)話進(jìn)行閱讀、鞏固和拓展。要求通過(guò)學(xué)習(xí),學(xué)生能達(dá)到以下要求:
1.知識(shí)目標(biāo)
能夠牢固掌握好課文對(duì)話中的重點(diǎn)詞匯詞組;閱讀對(duì)話并且根據(jù)提示完成對(duì)話,運(yùn)用已經(jīng)學(xué)會(huì)知識(shí)讓學(xué)生分角色進(jìn)行口語(yǔ)練習(xí),特別要求記憶Sarah所說(shuō)的話并能當(dāng)堂表演對(duì)話。能夠拓展對(duì)話,根據(jù)圖片內(nèi)容創(chuàng)作一段對(duì)話。
2.能力目標(biāo)
能夠獨(dú)立閱讀課文對(duì)話,能夠正確理解課文對(duì)話并根據(jù)提示完成對(duì)話,能夠用英語(yǔ)表達(dá)歉意和接受道歉并學(xué)會(huì)為工作中所犯的錯(cuò)誤致歉。能夠拓展對(duì)話,完成看圖說(shuō)話并把每張圖片的對(duì)話內(nèi)容連在一起形成一段對(duì)話。
3.情感目標(biāo)
通過(guò)小組討論,培養(yǎng)同學(xué)們的交際能力和團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神;
不同的教學(xué)目標(biāo)和要求
A. 對(duì)于基礎(chǔ)相對(duì)好的同學(xué),能夠閱讀對(duì)話并且根據(jù)提示完成對(duì)話,運(yùn)用已經(jīng)學(xué)會(huì)知識(shí)讓學(xué)生分角色進(jìn)行口語(yǔ)練習(xí),能當(dāng)堂表演對(duì)話,能夠拓展對(duì)話,根據(jù)圖片內(nèi)容創(chuàng)作一段對(duì)話。
B. 對(duì)于基礎(chǔ)中等的同學(xué),能夠完成課文對(duì)話,分角色進(jìn)行口語(yǔ)練習(xí),能當(dāng)堂表演對(duì)話。
C. 程度較弱的同學(xué),要求能夠熟練掌握課文中的生詞和詞組,能夠正確完成課文對(duì)話。

英語(yǔ)道歉和接受道歉的詞匯及表達(dá);學(xué)習(xí)英語(yǔ)在工作中犯錯(cuò)誤的表達(dá); 根據(jù)提示完成對(duì)話;表演對(duì)話;
教學(xué)難點(diǎn)
根據(jù)提示完成對(duì)話,表演對(duì)話,拓展對(duì)話,根據(jù)圖片創(chuàng)作對(duì)話。
學(xué)情分析
該班部分學(xué)生英語(yǔ)基礎(chǔ)比較好,部分比較薄弱,學(xué)習(xí)的主動(dòng)性參差不齊,性格普遍也比較內(nèi)向。
教學(xué)指導(dǎo)思想
鑒于以上情況,本人在教學(xué)活動(dòng)中采用任務(wù)型教學(xué),充分調(diào)動(dòng)學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)的主動(dòng)性,積極性,自覺(jué)性,充分體現(xiàn)課堂上學(xué)生為主,教師為輔,師生互動(dòng)的指導(dǎo)思想,讓每一個(gè)學(xué)生都能"動(dòng)"起來(lái),不同層次的學(xué)生都能有一定的提高。
教學(xué)活動(dòng)
熱身練習(xí):整堂課的教學(xué)活動(dòng)設(shè)計(jì)是由易到難的。先復(fù)習(xí)上節(jié)課所學(xué)到的`表達(dá)道歉和接受道歉的句型,要求學(xué)生能回顧出英語(yǔ)的表述形式,為之后的教學(xué)活動(dòng)先做一個(gè)熱身練習(xí)。
活動(dòng)一: work in pairs to discuss how to express your apologies to someone for doing wrong things and how to accept an apology,write on the board the sentence patterns.
活動(dòng)二: learning words and expressions, then do words exercises
活動(dòng)三: Complete the conversation of the text by using the words given as clues
Background introduction of the conversation:
Sarah : the secretary of Mr. Black
Mr.Black: the general manager of the company
在sarah 準(zhǔn)備的一份文件中,Mr. Black發(fā)現(xiàn)了打印錯(cuò)誤:去年產(chǎn)品的產(chǎn)量應(yīng)該是28,000,而不是23,000.因?yàn)檫@份報(bào)告要提交董事會(huì),所以Mr.Black不希望有任何差錯(cuò)

教法
本節(jié)課采用的是互動(dòng)(interactive)、交流(communicative)等教學(xué)方法,教學(xué)中以學(xué)生為主體。
學(xué)法
課堂教學(xué)以學(xué)生為主體,盡可能給學(xué)生多一些活動(dòng)的余地,多一些表現(xiàn)自我的機(jī)會(huì),多一份嘗試成功的喜悅,讓學(xué)生自始自終參與到知識(shí)形成的全過(guò)程中,將"一言堂"變成"群言堂",讓他們通過(guò)合作學(xué)習(xí)法(cooperative learning)、互動(dòng)學(xué)習(xí)法(interactive learning)來(lái)完成課堂任務(wù)。
《Making Apologies》教學(xué)設(shè)計(jì)
Teaching Aids: Multi-media
Teaching Aims:
1. Students will be able to grasp the key words and phrases in apologizing and
accepting an apology.
2. Students will be able to read the test, and learn to discuss apologizing for mistakes
made at work in English.
3. Students will be able to perform(role-play) the conversation by using the words
given as clues with their partner.
4. Picture talk (practising speaking)。
5. By learning this text, the students can apologize to someone and accept an apology
in English.
Teaching Procedures:
Step 1 work in pairs to discuss how to express your apologies to someone for doing wrong things and how to accept an apology
Write on the board : To apologize to someone, we say
I`m terribly sorry
I`m sorry…
I`d like to apologize for…
I must apologize to you for…
Please pardon / forgive me.
To accept an apology, we say
Don`t worry about it.
That`s all right.
Never mind.
Your apologies are accepted.

Mrs. Adams is in Sarah`s office waiting to see Mr. Black. Forgetting Mr. Black is still talking with another client, Sarah opens the door. She apologizes to Mr. Black. Back in her office, Sarah explains to Mrs. Adams that she`d better make an ap;pointment for tomorrow.

Discuss in groups, after that let some students come to the front to perform
Example: Sarah: Mr. Black, Mrs. Adams wants to see you!
Mr.Black: What? Does she have an appointment? I`m busy now.
Sarah: No, she doesn`t. But she has been waiting here for quite some time.
Mr. Black: Sarah, what`s the matter? You know I`m busy at the moment.
Sarah: I`m sorry. I got my time wrong. I thought the first client had left! I`m terribly sorry.
Sarah: Mrs. Adams, I`m sorry. Mr Black is busy at the moment, and I`m afraid he can`t see you today. But you can make an appointment for tomorrow.
Mrs. Adams: OK. If that`s the case, I`ll do what you suggest.
Step 7 Conclusion
Today we have learned some new words and phrases , then we learned how to express apologies to someone and accept an apology and learned to discuss apologizing for mistakes made at work in English.
After learning these, the students can apologize to someone for doing something wrong and accept an apology when someone make apologies in English.
