五年級英語下冊birthd教學設計
1、能夠聽說讀寫句子:When is your birthday? It’s in May. My birthday is in June. Uncle Bill’s birthday is in June ,too.
2、能夠聽懂、會說Read and write 部分的對話并能完成對話下面的表格。
教學重點:
本課的教學重點是掌握并會寫句子:When is your birthday? It’s in May. My birthday is in June. Uncle Bill’s birthday is in June ,too.
教學難點:
正確書寫的本課要求會寫的句子。
一、Preparation(準備活動)
1、sing a song“ when is your birthday”
2、復習十二個月份的單詞
3、Free talk
T:My birthday is in May .When is your birthday?
S:My birthday is in June.
T:When is your mother’s birthday?
S:My mother’s birthday is in July.
Work in pairs →Act
(設計意圖:這是為新課做鋪墊的環(huán)節(jié),必須靠溫故而知新,同時要簡潔,sing和Free talk一方面能創(chuàng)設英語氛圍,既激發(fā)學生的興趣,又做好新課的鋪墊。
二、Pre-reading閱讀前活動
1.T: Boys and girls ,today I have three new friends, I’ll show their photos, Do you know them? Look, this is Alice ,this is Bill and this is Mary(領讀三個人名)
2、I have three new friends, but I can’t play with them, because I am having English class now. What are you doing ?(自然的引出句子:what are you doing?并用陳杰放風箏和Sarah堆雪人的圖片幫助學生理解。)
(設計意圖:通過圖片讓學生認識新的人物,比較形象,孩子們易于接受,通過情景引出句子what are you doing?.然后讓學生進行操練,使之降低難度。)
(目標是掃除閱讀材料中的難點,把攔路石清除掉)
、In-reading(閱讀中活動)
1、General reading略讀
T:Today John very busy, what is John doing? Open your books, turn to page 30,read this passage and find out:
① What is John doing?
A、He is making the birthday chart. B、He is doing homework.
(設計意圖:第一遍略讀,設置了一個問題,讓學生帶著這個問題進行快速閱讀,通過閱讀了解文章的大概內容,給學生自信。)
2、Detailed reading 細讀
John is making a birthday chart, read again and answer these questions:
① When is Cousin Alice’s birthday?
② When is Aunt Mary’s birthday?
③ When is grandpa’s birthday?
(設計意圖:通過讓學生細讀,設置了三個問題,讓學生理解課文主要內容和細節(jié)信息,給學生一些比較深度思維的問題檢測理解程度,培養(yǎng)學生獲取信息的`能力。)

3、Read and write 讀寫
T:Boys and girls, there is a chart and two questions, please read in groups and finish them. You can write it on your English book. If you find the answers, draw lines and then discuss in groups.
Checkk them up
(設計意圖:第三遍閱讀,落實到寫。通過完成書上的練習題檢測學生的寫以及對內容的進一步理解和掌握情況,閱讀時要求學生對難點信息勾畫,培養(yǎng)學生的合作學習意識。學生進行合作互助,對每組同學進行檢查指導。)
4、Listen to the tape
① Listen and watch
② Listen ,repeat and point.
(設計意圖:經過三遍閱讀,學生對課文比較熟悉,在這里聽讀是為了培養(yǎng)學生的語感,以及模仿語音,語調的能力,增強英語的韻律美和熟練感。)
5、Read loudly朗讀
Practice in pairs, read aloud please.
(設計意圖:通過大聲朗讀增強學生的語感,培養(yǎng)朗讀能力,在這里采用小組合作的方式來進行。培養(yǎng)學生的合作互助的能力,使小組成員能達到優(yōu)勢互補,相互促進的作用。)
三、Post-reading閱讀后活動
1、Read and act分組表演對話
(設計意圖:分角色朗讀既能讓學生在大聲讀中感知語言也能進一步理解語篇,培養(yǎng)學生的英語語感,同時也是對學生認讀的再檢測。表演對話也是為后面的語言拓展打基礎。)
2、There are many sentences ,can you write?
When is your birthday?
It’s in May.
My birthday is in June.
Uncle Bill’s birthday is in June ,too.(讓學生對所學句型有所理解)
3、任務設置及處理
Let’s have a talk show:
Hello, I’m . My birthday is in . My parents and friends give me many gifts. Usually I have a birthday party. We have a big dinner and eat a .We and 、 at the party.
My father’s birthday is in .My mother’s birthday is in . I have a surprise for them on their birthday. I love them.
(設計意圖:讓學生動手自己做一做,說一說,讀一讀,寫一寫,這是一個聽說讀寫相結合的活動。進一步培養(yǎng)學生的學以致用精神和信息捕捉能力。)
