彬彬有禮的要求
If you park your car in the wrong place, a traffic policeman will soon find it. You will be very lucky if he lets you go without a ticket. However, this does not always happen. Traffic police are sometimes very polite. During a holiday in Sweden, I found this note on my car: 'sir, we welcome you to our city. This is a "No Parking" area. not always部分否定
always的否定式："并非總是（并非一直）……" 例如：
He is not always so sad. 他并不是一直都這樣悲傷。
all the time 的否定式："并非一直……"、"未必老是……" 例如：
A foolish man doesn't make a mistake all the time.
笨人未必老是犯錯誤。
